BRAKE FLUID DOT 4

WEG Brake Fluid DOT 4 is designed for use in all hydraulic braking systems, especially those exposed to severe conditions. Suitable for cars, motorcycles and light commercial vehicles requiring DOT 3 or DOT 4 (except for those for which a mineral oil liquid is determined).
Can be used on disc brake or drum systems, including vehicles with anti-lock braking system (ABS).
As with all brake fluids containing glycol ethers, care must be taken to avoid spillage of this product into paint, as it may have a destructive effect. In case of leakage, immediately flush the affected area with water. Do not wipe.
All conventional brake fluids deteriorate during use. It is recommended to replace the WEG Brake Fluid DOT 4 according to the vehicle manufacturer’s instructions. In the absence of such advice, a change period of 2 years is recommended.

This product is formulated from mixed polyalkylene glycol ethers and borates along with high performance additives and inhibitors.

• High boiling point reduces the risk of vapor locking.
• Maintains vapor protection at a higher level compared to conventional glycolic ether-based fluids throughout the life of the product.
• WEG Brake Fluid DOT 4 is fully compatible with other fluids that meet the FMVSS 116 DOT 3 and DOT 4, however to maintain the superior performance characteristics of the product, avoid mixing it with other brake fluids.
